Small lights in routine

Healing often looks boring from the outside. That is a feature, not a bug.

Routines do not fix everything, but they reduce the number of decisions your brain has to make when energy is low. A repeated morning light, a walk after lunch, a text check-in — these are scaffolding.

If routines feel rigid, treat them as experiments with an end date. Try one anchor for two weeks, notice what changes, then adjust. Flexibility and structure can coexist.
